Both the capital and operational costs of the ice arena project will be evaluated in conjunction with the proposed facility design. Community organizations will be engaged to conduct a fundraising campaign to allow for the full completion of the project. A capital financial plan will identify opportunities to increase resources available and decrease expenses in conjunction with the design and bidding process.
